The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Duties:
- Manage and update customer databases using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Assist with processing sales orders and quotations, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments via Microsoft Outlook and email.
- Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise sales activities and client engagement.
