The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques TIG & STICK and fabrication processes. Duties * Perform TIG and Stick welding on various materials, ensuring precision and quality in all welds. * Utilise hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts. * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand project requirements. * Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. * Assist in the training of new staff members on welding techniques and safety practices.
