The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties including:

  • Arranging on-sites, off-sites, and exchanges of containers
  • Setting up customer direct debits and chasing payment where required
  • Creating and issuing customer waste reports each month
  • Managing the Sales Team's diaries and booking client meetings
  • Utilising the internal CRM system to log customer information
  • Applying to local authorities for customer permits when required
  • Upselling WRC's service offerings where possible
  • Managing several inboxes to ensure all customer queries are dealt with accordingly
  • Taking payments from customers over the phone
  • General office duties including managing incoming calls and emails and directing them when required

Requirements of the Role:

  • A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and experience utilising Microsoft programmes (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Adaptable and willingness to learn new skills on the job
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Confident in dealing with customers and managing enquiries
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to manage diaries in accordance with internal and external demands
  • The ability to develop and maintain quality customer relationships
