The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage time effectively. Responsibilities * Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records. * Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Utilise software tools including Excel and Sage for data entry, reporting, and analysis. * Coordinate sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. * Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. * Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. * Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
