Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties including arranging on-sites, off-sites, and exchanges of containers.

  • Setting up customer direct debits and chasing payment where required.
  • Responsible for creating and issuing customer waste reports each month.
  • Managing the Sales Team’s diaries and booking client meetings.
  • Utilising the internal CRM system to log customer information.
  • Applying to local authorities for customer permits when required.
  • Upselling WRC’s service offerings where possible.
  • Managing several inboxes to ensure all customer queries are dealt with accordingly.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages.
  • Taking payments from customers over the phone.
  • General office duties including managing incoming calls and emails and directing them when required.
