A1 Jobs is recruiting a motivated and organised Administrator / Admin Assistant to join one of our exclusive clients within the property sector. Property or estate agency experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Our client is a well-established leader in the property/estate agency market, offering long-term stability, progression, and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding property details to internal systems with high accuracy
- Creating floorplans using an in-house system
- Ordering, changing, and arranging collection of advertising boards
- Uploading properties to advertising portals and publishing listings
- Adding and managing viewings on the system
- Editing property photographs to advertising standards
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with colleagues, clients, solicitors, and external contacts
- Issuing invoices and assisting with debt management
- Attending auctions when required
- General ad-hoc administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and adapts well to change

Skills & Experience:
- Previous general administrative experience
