We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wheeled 360 Excavator Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate a wheeled 360-degree excavator, a versatile piece of heavy machinery essential for efficient earthmoving, excavation, and site development projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of construction tasks while maintaining safety, precision, and productivity on site. Responsibilities * Operate the wheeled 360 excavator safely and efficiently across various construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines * Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the excavator to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met * Assist with site preparation activities, including digging trenches, lifting heavy materials, and grading surfaces with precision * Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion * Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors regarding excavation depths, locations, and project specifications * Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and any issues encountered during operation * Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project duration Requirements * Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with heavy machinery * Experience operating a wheeled 360-degree excavator or similar heavy equipment in a construction environment * Valid commercial driving license (CDL) or equivalent certification required for operating heavy machinery on public roads or job sites * Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites * Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team setting * Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery for extended periods * Prior experience in earthmoving or excavation projects is highly desirable Join us if you’re eager to bring energy, precision, and expertise to exciting construction projects!
