A1 Jobs are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of civil engineering and construction projects, carrying out groundwork activities to support site operations and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Excavation and preparation of sites.
- Laying foundations, drainage systems, kerbs, and paving.
- Concreting, trenching, and backfilling.
- Operating small plant and machinery where qualified.
- Assisting with site setup and general labouring duties.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ground Worker or in a similar construction role.
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (desirable).
