A1 Jobs has an excellent opportunity for a Performance Operations Manager to join our client’s team, providing a fantastic platform to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organisation. This role will be working alongside the management team and responsibilities will include being accountable for delivery of key commercial KPIs, while ensuring compliant, high-quality advice standards are maintained.
You will lead and develop Managers to deliver high performance within a compliant advice framework. You will take full ownership of delivery across various areas in the business including:
- Weekly commitment numbers
- DMP volumes
- Insurance performance
- Monthly scheduling targets
- Monitor daily/weekly performance
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Ensure consistency of output across teams
- Identify underperformance and implement structured improvement plans that address both results and conduct
- Scale high-performing teams through best practice sharing and consistent leadership standards
The suited candidate should be experienced in the following areas:
- Management at senior level in a high-volume sales environment
- Proven delivery against weekly and monthly KPIs
- Strong sales leadership and coaching background
- Experience in performance management and driving results
- Comfortable operating in a regulated environment
Preferred:
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-region teams
- Strong data and performance analysis capability
