Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 06:00 - 13:00
Rate: From basic £17.00 per hour + overtime rate from £25.50 per hour

The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our client’s main metal fabrication facility in Bathgate. The successful candidate will work closely with one of our most experienced Fabricator/Welders, who is due to retire this year, providing a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of specialist processes and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of workmanship. You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of anti-vandal cabins, internal and external staircases, ramps, and associated steel structures used within our modular buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and MIG welding of steel components in various positions
- Manufacture of staircases, ramps, and structural steelwork
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety
- Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Time-served Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in steel fabrication
- Fully competent in MIG welding
