A1 Jobs have an immediate requirement for a Dumper Driver, for a Glasgow Based site Ongoing project with immediate starts available Key Responsibilities: * Operate dumpers and other plant machinery safely and efficiently. * Transport soil, aggregates, and other materials to designated locations on site. * Carry out pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery. * Report any faults, damages, or safety hazards to the site supervisor. * Assist with general labouring duties when required. * Follow site-specific safety procedures and comply with legal and company regulations. * Work collaboratively with other plant operators and ground workers. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and equipment used. * Ensure the dumper and working area are kept clean and tidy. Skills and Qualifications: * Valid CPCS / NPORS Dumper Driver Licence (or equivalent certification). * Experience operating forward-tipping or articulated dumpers (desirable). * Good understanding of health and safety in construction. * Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively. * Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment checks. * Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions
