Responsibilities: – Perform demolition tasks using a variety of tools including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment. – Execute demolition projects according to project plans and specifications. – Safely demolish structures such as roofs, walls, and floors. – Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. – Collaborate with team members to complete projects within set deadlines. – Assist in cleaning up debris and maintaining a tidy work area. – Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications: – Experience in demolition work or related field is preferred. – Proficiency in using power tools, masonry tools, hand tools, and other equipment. – Knowledge of basic construction principles such as plumbing, painting, welding, electrical work, carpentry, and fabrication. – Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. – Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. – Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
