The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results and a professional appearance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to contribute to diverse projects across construction and refurbishment sites. Please note you must have a valid CSCS card. The position involves working both independently and as part of a team, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper adhesion of paint or finishes.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Mix paints and colours to achieve desired shades and consistency.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the project duration.

Experience:
