A1 Jobs are recruiting an administrator for the Market Drayton area.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records within various management information systems
  • General team administrative duties as and when required
  • Maintain office systems in an orderly manner
  • Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Administer petty cash
  • Responsible for reception duties as required
  • Assist with the delivery of services to the client

Experience:

  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Experience in the use of MS Word and MS Excel in a general admin role
  • Previous experience of working in a generalist admin/business support role
