The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office and customer operations. Key Responsibilities: * Organising and maintaining the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers and guests * Taking and processing customer orders via email and telephone. * Ordering and managing small goods for resale. * Coordinating transport and logistics, including scheduling uplift and delivery times. * Performing data entry tasks, including updating factory, stock, and purchasing records and databases.
