We’re a motivated, fast-paced team focused on success, and we’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to join us.
- Conduct accurate forecasting and purchasing activities; placing purchase orders, maintaining our inventory management system and tracking supplier production.
- Monitor and maintain supplier quality control to uphold our high product standards.
- Generate and analyse detailed reports to guide and recommend purchasing strategies, delegating tasks and priorities to remote team members.
- Oversee product and brand control, including packaging requirements, product descriptions, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and performance.
- Meet company buying targets through strategic procurement and leading supplier negotiations.
- Proactively manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for year-round and seasonal products.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of orders, production progress, and supplier performance.
Highly organised, with excellent planning and multitasking abilities. Commercially aware and comfortable making data-driven decisions that benefit the business. Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, understanding the importance of each step in the buying process is a must! Familiarity with inventory management systems or ordering software.
