GE Vernova International LLC is seeking a Wind Lean Leader to drive lean roadmaps and continuous improvement across multiple Wind functional areas. You will coach teams, lead Kaizens, and optimize end-to-end processes to meet strategic goals and elevate safety, quality, and product competitiveness.
You will partner with functional leaders to embed Lean practices, develop standard work, and sustain improvements through coaching and data-driven decision making in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
