What You’ll Do:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.
- Work on a variety of tasks, from joinery and plumbing to decorating and grounds maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children.
- Collaborate with our team and contractors to deliver high-quality repairs.
- Take the lead on planned works and support the estates team with surveys and maintenance planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance or construction.
