We're looking for a Senior Psychotherapist to join us in our mission to provide transformative therapeutic support to children and young people in residential care. What You'll Do:
- Lead and support our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care for vulnerable children.
- Provide clinical supervision and support, helping our team grow professionally and deliver exceptional results.
- Take on a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and interventions.
- Be a key player in the development and delivery of training to staff, sharing your expertise and helping others thrive.

- Experience: 5 years working with children and young people, especially those who are looked-after. You'll be an expert in trauma-informed care.

- Qualifications: Masters-level qualification and registered with BACP/UKCP/HCPC.
