We're looking for an experienced Peripatetic Registered Manager to bring strong, values-led leadership across multiple homes.

About the role

Working closely with the Regional Director, you will step into services across the region to provide direction, consistency and high-quality leadership. You'll be responsible for delivering high standards of care, driving performance and ensuring each home operates in line with its Statement of Purpose.

You will:

  • Lead, manage and support services to ensure children are safe and thriving
  • Oversee admissions, placements and outcomes
  • Drive high standards of care planning and delivery
  • Inspire and develop Assistant Managers and teams
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
  • Ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF
  • Manage staffing, rotas and budgets effectively
  • Promote a culture where children's voices are heard

About you

You're a confident, resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.

Essential:

  • Registered Manager or senior leadership experience in children's residential care
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF
  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and working towards Level 5
  • Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Full UK driving licence
