Supporting those who support children - HR with heart and impact. At Wilderness Way we provide care, support, and stability to children who've experienced trauma, abuse, and exploitation. Our specialist teams work tirelessly to create safe spaces where children can recover, grow, and thrive. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our passionate People Team. You'll work closely with Operations Managers across our services, acting as a trusted advisor and driving impactful people strategies that support our mission.

Your role at a glance:

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand their teams inside out.
  • Use people data and metrics to drive insight and action.
  • Provide practical, clear HR advice and coaching across all people matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases confidently and in line with best practice.
  • Lead and support people initiatives in areas like engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Collaborate across the wider People Team to enhance the employee experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven HRBP experience, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, including UK employment law.
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in using data to drive decisions.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
  • Social care experience is a bonus, but not essential.
