Support the work behind life-changing care. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and committed Assistant Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Penrith. In this key role, you will provide vital operational and administrative support across our Health and Wellbeing, Education, and Outdoor Teams - helping us deliver life-changing services to children and young people.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the smooth coordination of team operations, including scheduling, minute-taking, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You'll spend 3 days per week supporting the Health and Wellbeing team, and 2 days assisting our Education and Outdoor teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting services that impact young lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support across our wrap-around support teams.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes for multiple team meetings.
- Book and manage internal/external meetings.
- Maintain essential resources.
- Create key timeline plans for our children and coordinate MAP (Multi-Agency Planning) meetings.
- Monitor missed/rescheduled meetings and maintain up-to-date social worker contact records.
- Issue reminders for required documentation and check compliance.
- Provide cover for the Team Coordinator during absences.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and document organisation.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in administration in a fast-paced environment.
