Responsibilities
- Candidates who stay at Chattogram will get priority.
- Maintaining credit and debit vouchers, cash books & ledger of accounts etc.
- Have to check supporting papers/documents of day- to-day expenditures.
- Prepare monthly bank & customer reconciliation statement.
- Check all kinds of financial transaction activities.
- Update daily collection register.
- Assist credit collection process.
- Monitoring of daily/Weekly/Monthly Financial reports.
- Maintain accounts receivable & payable accounts
- Posting of all kinds of accounting adjustment
- Monitoring the Debtors, Stocks and Asset position of the Company;
- Keeping records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
- Monthly accounts preparation.
- Credit counting system follow up.
