A.W. Jenkinson Transport Ltd is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers, LGV Drivers and C+E Drivers to join our professional transport team based at our Meriden depot.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering £15.00 per hour, a £10.00 tax-free daily meal allowance, guaranteed weekly hours, 28 days annual holiday entitlement, a salary sacrifice pension scheme, modern Scania vehicles, and consistent Monday to Friday work throughout the year.

The Role
What's Involved?
- Monday to Friday day shifts
- Typical start times between 05:00 and 06:00
- Average shift length approximately 12 hours
- Nationwide bulk haulage operations
- Operating modern articulated vehicles and walking floor trailers
- Consistent work throughout the year
- Full training available for suitable candidates

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with LGV C+E (Class 1) entitlement
- Minimum 1 year's Class 1 driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network
- Strong understanding of UK and EU Drivers' Hours Regulations
- Bulk haulage experience beneficial but not essential
- Maximum bodyweight of 22 stone due to fall-arrest gantry safety systems
