AV Birch Automation are specialists in process analysis, design and build. We pride ourselves we can turn automation problems and ideas into ingenious solutions with our expertise in Control System Design, PLC Programming and Maintenance & Repair.
The post holder will be along with the team responsible for day to day plant maintenance, Electrical Panel build and fitting out of our bespoke machines. All job specific training will be provided by the company.
Qualifications:
- Electrical level 3 certificate
- 17th edition BS7671
- A full driving licence
- At least 5 years on the job experience
The applicant will need to evidence competence during interview, and references will be sought during the probation period.
Additional Information:
- Full time role, 40 hours per week. Mon-Thurs 7.00am-5.00pm, Friday 7.00am-11.30pm.
- Overtime rates: After 40 hours Mon-Thu 1+1/3, Fri after 11.30, 1+1/2, Saturday 1+1/2 for first 6hrs then double time thereafter, Sunday double time.
- Company Benefits: 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) and an additional 1 day's holiday for each year completed up to a maximum of 5 extra days.
Job Location: This is based at our engineering facility near Bridgnorth.
