Social Housing Electrician in Golborne

DOMESTIC / SOCIAL HOUSING ELECTRICIAN – CENTRAL LONDON A-Z Group Services Ltd is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Electrician to join our team, working on social-housing properties throughout Central London. The successful applicant must be competent in undertaking electrical installation, maintenance, testing and remedial works within occupied and unoccupied residential properties. Key responsibilities: * Carrying out EICR inspections, testing and accurate reporting * Diagnosing electrical faults and completing remedial works * Domestic electrical upgrades and installations * Consumer-unit replacements * Partial and full rewires where required * Completing all necessary job sheets, certification and photographic evidence * Working professionally and respectfully within occupied residents’ homes * Ensuring all works comply with current electrical regulations and company procedures Essential requirements: * Fully qualified electrician * NVQ Level 3 or recognised equivalent * Current 18th Edition qualification * Inspection and Testing qualification, such as City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent * Current ECS/JIB card * All relevant qualifications and tickets must be valid and up to date * Previous domestic and social-housing experience * Strong knowledge of EICR testing, reporting and remedial works * Current, full and clean UK driving licence * Good communication skills and a professional approach * Ability to work independently and manage an allocated workload A competitive rate and package are available for the right applicant, depending on qualifications and experience.
