Job Description Mortgage broker required for our modern, busy Colchester based mortgage client who take deep pride in delivering a high service to all their clients.

In your role as mortgage broker, you will be using your mortgage knowledge to advise and guide clients through their mortgage application process as seamlessly as possible.

It is essential for this position that you are not only Ce MAP qualified but that you possess strong mortgage experience and knowledge gained within estate agency, new homes or the financial industry.

The Role Using your skills and knowledge to take customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.

Advising on mortgages and protection products to new and existing clients Ensuring maintenance of compliance Provide exceptional levels of customer service & maintaining outstanding client relationships Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.

Handling more complex cases Supporting team initiatives Mentoring trainee or junior advisors.

Achieving/Exceeding all agreed role targets & KPIs.

Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintain the highest ethical standards at all times Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week The Person Must possess full Ce MAP or equivalent qualification Experience in the whole mortgage and protection market Proven track record working within a targeted environment.

Ability to put the customer first at all times Able to generate new business in a target driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.
