Sales progressor required for our busy property-based client with a passion for delivering a high-quality service. If you are an experienced sales progressor seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team, this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced estate agent or legal property professional to join our client\’s expanding team in the role of sales progressor. The role • Liaise with all parties involved in the property sale • Proactively manage the progression of property sales • Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions • Compile reports based on the updates provided • Proactively manage and deal with issues that arise to minimise impact on timescales • Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours The Person • Have knowledge or experience in estate agency or residential conveyancing in the legal industry • Excellent customer service skills • Good telephone manner • Motivated and keen Benefits to you • Salary up to £30k plus commission • 28 days holiday including bank holidays • Free parking • Modern offices • Sick pay • Company events • Opportunity for progression and promotion • Company pension If you have not heard back from us within 10 days your application has been unsuccessful
