We are working with a well-established Central London law firm that is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their vibrant and friendly conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to become a key part of a thriving and highly skilled property law department. You will benefit from dedicated 1-2-1 paralegal support, allowing you to focus on running your caseload efficiently while receiving assistance with client communication and case progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own residential property caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Deal with a mix of Freehold and Leasehold transactions.
  • Handle a broad and varied caseload.
  • Work in a 1-2-1 model with a paralegal assigned to assist you throughout.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
