Mortgage advisor needed to join our Norfolk based clients modern fast paced personal mortgage advisory service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has maybe been working in property and just begun their journey in mortgage advice seeking to work for a financial company where they can dedicate all their time to providing excellent mortgage advice to leads provided to you.
To be considered for this role you must possess full CEMAP or equivalent qualifications and have at least 12 months experience working in a mortgage advising role.
The Role
- Providing expert mortgage advice to clients
- Assessing and evaluating clients' financial situations
- Recommending suitable mortgage products
- Assisting clients throughout the mortgage application process
- Having in-depth protection conversations with clients to ensure their family, their home and they are suitably protected if the worst were to happen
- Staying updated on market trends
- Maintaining working relationships with clients and lenders
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Working Monday to Friday with hybrid opportunity
The Person
- Must possess full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the whole mortgage and protection market
- Proven track record working within a targeted environment
- Ability to put the customer first at all times
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success
