Mortgage advisor needed to join our Colchester based client's modern fast paced personal mortgage advisory service. In your role as mortgage advisor for them, our client would want you to use your experience in mortgage advice to deliver a service above and beyond. It is essential to be considered for this role of mortgage advisor that you are fully qualified, possess at least 2 years’ experience and are keen to find that next new role.
The Role
- Advising on mortgages and protection products to new and existing clients
- Ensuring maintenance of compliance
- Helping & guiding clients through the mortgage process
- Achieving/Exceeding all agreed role targets & KPIs
- Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
- Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result‑driven environment
- Using your skills and knowledge to take customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs
- Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends
- Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
The Person
- Must possess full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the whole mortgage and protection market
- Proven track record working within a targeted environment
- Ability to put the customer first at all times
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success
