We work closely with local authorities, utility companies and construction companies across the Thames Valley and its surrounding areas to install, relay, repair, and maintain the vital services that are relied upon by these communities.
This is a hybrid field and office role managing the labour force contracted by ATS to fulfil the daily requirements set out by our clients in a productive, timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Manage subcontractors to optimise productivity and maintain a collaborative relationship with the planning team and other subcontractors.
- Work with Planning Team to avoid overruns.
- Team Audits.
- Supporting Transport Manager with van issues.
- Carry out/arrange vehicle walk rounds with information passed to Transport Manager for actioning.
- Oversee Consumables, H&S Stock is completed for ATS team.
- Managing ATS timesheets and Trackers if required.
- Oversee Attendance for ATS teams.
- Supporting Wage queries with teams, liaising with the Commercial manager.
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Management Team as required.
- High level of organisational skills, ability to concentrate and work with tight time frames.
- High level of communication skills.
- Job specific qualifications are desired but can be obtained on the job such as Confined Space, Heavy vehicle operation, Streetworks.
- Working hours: 6:00am β 16:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Working out of the Kidlington yard predominantly, but required to travel across the Thames Valley area.
- Vehicle provided (subject to BIK).
- Salary range: Β£55k β 61k depending on experience.
