Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on HR data reporting, including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance, and capability casework across the Trust
  • Provide expert advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex HR matters
  • Collaborate closely with school-based HR administrators and the payroll team
  • Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR
