An outstanding Solihull school are looking for a HR manager to join their Team
- a Clear DBS on the update service
- Strong background in employee relations (ER) and HR data reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within an education or trust environment would be a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on HR data reporting, including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and capability casework across the Trust
- Provide expert advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex HR matters
- Collaborate closely with school-based HR administrators and the payroll team
- Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR
