A Star Care Agency is recruiting a Deputy Manager for two mental health services in Braintree, Essex. The successful candidate will be employed directly by our client, with a salary of GBP 35,300.16 per year for 37.5 hours per week.
You will support the Service Manager, deputise in their absence, and help adults with long-term mental health needs build independence on their recovery pathway. Normal hours are Mon-Fri 9am–5pm, with on-call cover and occasional weekend shifts.
