About the position:
This exciting entry level sales role would suit a proactive and driven customer service professional with excellent communication, organisational skills and professional friendly telephone manner. You will be supporting the sales and hire teams to deliver excellent customer service to existing customers, calling warm leads of existing quotes, following up and checking quotes to help process sales orders. xgikmsk You can come from any industry or background; office retail, hospitality, engineering as long as you have exceptional customer service and telephone manner and a can-do attitude!
Key responsibilities of this internal sales executive role include;
- Daily managementof the quote database- following up on recent quotations, sales enquiries, customer interactions, CRM database
- Calling customers regarding recent quotations, making outbound calls to existing customers, checking their quotes and answering queries and questions and following these up
- Market research -Liaising with customers about the requirements, gathering more detailed information about their requirements, budgets ,future projects and competitors
- Passing these qualifying leads & detailed info onto the Sales manager, hire team and field sales team
