Ideal customer service sales executive will have:

- Excellent customer service experience in a fast-paced industry (office, reception, hospitality, retail admin etc)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills and ideally phone customer service experience and / or happy to make daily customer phone calls
- Good IT skills (Microsoft, excel database, spreadsheets, CRM systems, able to generate reports)
- Full driving licence and commutable to Haddenham daily 8.30-5.30 (not hybrid, remote or part time)
