As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you'll drive proactive outreach, qualify opportunities and work closely with our Area Sales Manager to move deals forward. You'll secure appointments, keep the pipeline flowing, and ensure smooth handovers to technical and operations teams. How you will make an impact:
- Proactively engage and qualify leads by following up on Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) and handling inbound enquiries efficiently.
- Assess prospects, mapping stakeholders and conducting virtual introduction meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with the ASM to secure appointments and support the conversion of leads to opportunities.
- Advance sales pipeline by following up on quotes and making minor proposal revisions.
- Prepare detailed project handovers and ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with Technical Service teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, oversee project delivery, gather feedback, and support multi-site opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence by updating CRM/ERP systems, participating in meetings, and managing a defined area or vertical market.

- Proven track record in account management and customer success.
