The Opportunity

As Production Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the on-shift lead who keeps people, process and product flowing.

You’ll support the Shift Manager with day-to-day performance, set the pace for the team, and jump in to remove blockers.

Quality is non-negotiable.

You’ll make sure every item meets spec, is packed correctly, labelled accurately, and counted in the right quantities.

You’ll keep an eye on waste, changeovers and housekeeping, complete line checks and paperwork, and hand over cleanly so the next shift hits the ground running.

Key Accountabilities

  • · Assess any quality/production problems & solving these where possible
  • · Ensure all workstations are set up correctly and correct SOP documentation is displayed
  • · Ensurethe transfer of all finished goods in a timely manner to the correct storage location ready for shipping
  • · Maintaining 5S and ensuring that housekeeping is of the highest standard at all times.
  • Experienced Production Shift Supervisor in a production/manufacturing setting
  • Able to read & understand basic technical drawings to check items are manufactured correctly.
  • Good understanding of the production standards and ensuring these are achieved
  • Understanding & compliance with company policies & procedures.
