Are you ready to turn technical information into accurate solutions that help keep workplaces safe? As a Technical Services Quoting Co-ordinator at A-SAFE, you will play a key role in delivering accurate quotations, technical drawings and installation documentation that support customer projects from enquiry through to implementation. Working closely with Sales, Technical Services and Installation teams, you will translate customer requirements and site survey information into tailored safety solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, structured work, thrives on accuracy and takes pride in producing high-quality technical outputs.
How you will make an impact
- You’ll create accurate quotations, technical drawings and supporting documentation that meet customer requirements and company standards.
- You’ll interpret site surveys, specifications and drawings to develop compliant workplace safety solutions.
- You’ll work closely with Internal Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both customer and commercial requirements.
- You’ll maintain accurate records within business systems and CRM platforms, ensuring visibility and traceability across projects.
- You’ll manage multiple quotation requests while working to agreed service levels and customer deadlines.
- You’ll contribute to continuous improvement by helping enhance documentation quality, communication processes and quoting accuracy.
- You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Technical Services and Installation teams to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers.
What we are looking for
- Experience reading, interpreting and working with technical or site drawings.
- Experience using CAD software or similar electronic drawing tools to produce technical drawings and overlays.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and strong IT skills across standard office applications.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Experience in estimating, technical coordination, construction, engineering or similar technical environments would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with the new-build process or industrial safety solutions would be advantageous.
