As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you’ll drive proactive outreach, qualify opportunities and work closely with our Area Sales Manager to move deals forward. You’ll secure appointments, keep the pipeline flowing, and ensure smooth handovers to technical and operations teams. How you will make an impact:
- You will proactively engage and qualify leads by following up on Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) and handling inbound enquiries efficiently.
- You will assess prospects, mapping stakeholders and conducting virtual introduction meetings as needed.
- You will collaborate with the ASM to secure appointments and support the conversion of leads to opportunities.
- You will advance sales pipeline by following up on quotes and making minor proposal revisions.
- You will prepare detailed project handovers and ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with Technical Service teams.
- You will maintain strong customer relationships, oversee project delivery, gather feedback, and support multi-site opportunities.
- You will ensure operational excellence by updating CRM/ERP systems, participating in meetings, and managing a defined area or vertical market.
