The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Application Specialist to ensure that the Warehouse Management System is fully aligned with operational processes and continuously improved to support efficiency and accuracy. Based at our UK headquarters in Elland, this role is hands-on and operationally focused, requiring strong execution and problem-solving skills.

The WMS Application Specialist also provides technical support for the WMS and associated hardware such as scanners, printers, and handheld devices. Additionally, you will be delivering training and maintaining clear documentation for both operational users and system administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the WMS is aligned with operational processes and continuously improved to support efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support for the WMS and associated hardware (scanners, printers, handheld devices).
  • Deliver training and maintain clear documentation for both operational users and system administrators.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Desirable for you to be proficient in SQL and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of API’s and system integrations with ERP, CRM\’s or logistic platforms.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
