The Opportunity
At A-SAFE, we are investing heavily to create a new people team structure and resources. As a People Partneryou’ll tackle a wide variety of challenges head-on, from guiding managers through complex employee relations matters to driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with our Directors and other senior stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance and solution
- With a global and regional remit, you will support organisational development initiatives that enhance team capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing coaching to managers and ensuring fair, consistent application of company policies.
- Support the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with A-Safe’s goals.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 7 Qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a business partnering role within HR, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis, with experience using metrics to drive HR decision-making.
- Strong experience with implementing performance management systems, competency frameworks, and development planning processes
