This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role at the centre of A-SAFE's Commercial operations. As Commercial Project Coordinator, you won't just support - you'll drive progress. Working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll help orchestrate complex projects, maintain accountability across senior stakeholders, and ensure the Commercial team's strategic priorities are executed with clarity and pace.
Your role will be less about managing diaries and more about managing momentum. You'll act as an extension of the CCO to follow up with Managing Directors and Sales Directors, keeping initiatives on track, and surfacing blockers before they escalate. You'll build trust quickly, speak with authority, and create the structure that enables focus and delivery across the Commercial function.
In this role, you will:
- Own coordination and tracking for commercial projects, ensuring local leadership teams stay aligned and accountable for key deliverables.
- Act as a proxy for the CCO when engaging with senior stakeholders to drive follow-ups, pushing for outcomes, and representing Commercial priorities with clarity.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration between Commercial and business functions such as Digital, Finance, Marketing, and People.
- Provide day-to-day operational support - including meeting scheduling, agenda prep, and travel logistics - while ensuring the CCO's time is used effectively.
- Bring structure to strategic initiatives, using dashboards and trackers to monitor adoption and flag issues or risks early.
This role demands more than administrative strength. It requires presence, confidence, and a results-first mindset. You'll be the CCO's eyes and ears across the business, acting as a key interface with senior stakeholders, ensuring momentum doesn't drop, and that commercial priorities stay on course.
You’ll likely be someone who:
- Is assertive, well-spoken, and comfortable representing a senior executive when engaging with local MDs, Sales Directors, or department heads.
- Has experience coordinating projects or driving delivery across international teams or matrixed organisations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a sense of urgency, structure, and accountability to how work gets done.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to hold others to deadlines and commitments.
- Is flexible and pragmatic - happy to flex their working hours for early or late calls across time zones but not expected to travel regularly.
- Understands the importance of discretion and professionalism, while maintaining a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Is competent with tools like Excel and PowerPoint and ideally has experience using dashboards, project tracking tools, or CRM systems.
