Global Head of Talent Acquisition at A-SAFE Group

The Opportunity
As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead recruitment delivery for the UK functions and sites, whilst helping to shape and scale A-SAFE’s global hiring model. You will own critical hiring pipelines, manage and coach a small team of TA professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of how we attract, engage, and onboard talent. In partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will help operationalise the global TA strategy and take ownership of key programs including employer branding, onboarding, and early careers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all end-to-end recruitment activity across our UK teams, covering functions such as Commercial, Digital, and Operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in the region, offering market insights and recruitment analytics to guide hiring decisions
- Lead projects that improve TA effectiveness, including ATS improvements, sourcing tool adoption, and DEI sourcing initiatives
- Facilitate the delivery of onboarding and early careers programs in collaboration with the People Partners and L&D teams, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions
- Partner with the Global Talent and Communications teams to activate attraction campaigns that showcase A-SAFE’s culture, innovation, and growth potential
What You’ll Bring
- Strong in-house recruitment experience across multiple functions and geographies
- Proven track record of recruiting across technical functions, including Operations, Engineering and Digital
- Strong ability to build relationships and business partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and resolve challenges
- Fluent in English; Strong desire for additional languages skills, preferably Italian, Spanish, German or French.
- Professional, adaptable and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
