Hours: 37.5 hours

Working Pattern: Full‑time, field‑based (c.4 days per week on territory, 1 office/admin day)

Are you a field sales professional who loves being out with customers, developing a territory of your own, and turning opportunities into real commercial results? As an Area Sales Manager at A‑SAFE, you'll take ownership of our Scotland territory — managing an established customer base while actively developing new business across one of the UK's most varied industrial regions. Our products protect people, infrastructure and operations inside some of the world's most recognisable brands, and your work sits right at the centre of how customers experience A‑SAFE.

This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where roughly 60% of your time is spent in the field — walking customer sites, identifying safety gaps, running surveys and guiding decision‑making conversations in person. You'll be partnered with an Internal Sales Executive (ISE) and supported by an experienced Sales Director, a hands‑on technical team and a close‑knit group of ASMs across the UK.

Scotland is a large, high‑potential territory with significant room to grow. For a resilient, results‑driven salesperson, it offers autonomy, variety and one of the strongest commission schemes in the industry.
