The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable People Advisor (Temp) to provide hands-on support across employee relations casework and key People team projects during a period of increased demand. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced HR team and make a tangible impact from day one.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for ER matters, advising managers and ensuring timely, compliant resolution of cases.
  • Manage a varied ER caseload, from performance and conduct to absence and grievances.
  • Support the delivery of ongoing People projects — such as policy reviews, process improvements, or documentation updates — contributing insight and momentum.
  • Assist with manager-facing training or briefing sessions on ER topics, where relevant.
