The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.
This is a small soft fruit and vegetable farm in Mid Devon. The farm operates on a number of sites in the area around EX17 4BH. A full driving licence is necessary in order to travel to the sites. There is an available vehicle to use. Owing to the rural location of the farm, there is no public transport available.
Teamwork is essential in this job. The workforce is made up of a dedicated team of multinational workers. The work is mainly outdoors, in all weather conditions, planting, harvesting and packing soft fruit and vegetables. Protective clothing e.g. gloves, waterproofs are provided.
Breaks can be taken in the farm shop. Smoking and drinking alcohol is not permitted on the farm. Employees are expected to wear suitable footwear according to the conditions e.g. wellington boots.
