Working closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams and decision-makers across multiple functions, you will provide reporting, analysis and performance recommendations that influence strategic priorities and business outcomes.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create and maintain trusted reporting and performance dashboards that provide a clear, consistent view of customer, commercial and business performance across the organisation.
  • Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities and risks, translating insight into clear recommendations that support better business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Group and Business Units to define, measure and align key performance indicators, ensuring performance is understood and acted upon consistently.
  • Drive the adoption of self-service reporting and analytics tools, enabling teams to independently access reliable insights and make data-led decisions with confidence.
  • Develop innovative reporting solutions using automation, AI and advanced analytics techniques to improve efficiency, scalability and the speed of insight generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, identify information gaps and deliver reporting that supports customer and commercial growth.
  • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities, data quality and user experience to strengthen performance visibility and maximise business impact.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within e Commerce, digital or retail environments, with a minimum of three years’ experience turning complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), alongside strong SQL skills and experience developing scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Looker and Excel.
  • A strong understanding of KPI governance, performance measurement frameworks and reporting standardisation within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify trends, forecast performance and uncover opportunities that drive customer growth and business performance.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights tailored to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders, building strong relationships across functions and driving the adoption of data-led decision-making.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with experience delivering reporting transformation, automation or analytics innovation initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
