This is a 12-Month FTC supporting our O+O (Online & Offline) strategy, delivering clear, actionable insights through Power BI that enable our Business Units and Group teams to understand member and business data faster and more easily. By transforming complex datasets into meaningful visual stories, this role plays a key part in helping the business make informed decisions, drive performance, and unlock value across our brands. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure insights are accessible, impactful, and relevant, shaping how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with the DataLab teams across Europe and Asia, alongside stakeholders from Business Units, to develop and maintain server-based Power BI reports.
- Create visually high-quality Power BI reports and robust data models that are intuitive, easy to navigate, and designed with a strong end-user experience in mind.
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Proactively manage stakeholder communication, keeping project partners informed of progress and delivery milestones.
- Ensure key delivery targets are met by managing priorities, timelines, and dependencies effectively.
